The Marmo Training Centre
Our venetian plaster training centre is located in the heart of the Midlands. From here we offer a range of courses, from the Introductory Course that is perfect if you are just getting started and they range right the way up to our Advanced and 1-2-1 Courses.
We use only the best products for our training and you’ll understand how each product works by the time you finish one of our courses.
You’ll create a range sample boards before moving into the booths, and you’ll be able to take these away with you to show prospective clients.
The decorative finishes that you will learn are reminiscent of handcrafted Italian excellence and invite a world of design potential. Novacolor’s range of products offer an amazing choice of options that we will use; from colour, texture, layers and even finishes like Verdigris and liquid metal.

Introductory Course
A 3 day course where you will learn the art of Venetian Plaster. The decorative finishes that you will learn are reminiscent of handcrafted Italian excellence and invite a world of design potential. Novacolor’s range of products offer an amazing choice of options that we will use; from colour, texture and layers.

Advanced Course
Enhance your skills by learning some of the most popular advanced finishes. We will teach you how to use products that create special finishes including liquid metal, and more advanced stencil work. We will share our techniques and insight for you to take away and use on your own projects.

Industrial Course
Familiarise yourself with the popular industrial finishes.
Learn different variants of polished and distressed concrete finishes using novacolor’s Archi concrete range. You’ll also discover the art of oxidisation with novacolor’s ironic rust paints.

Expert instruction
Marmo Training launched after having worked extensively with Novacolor products. Founder Martin has over 5 years experience: master training in both the UK and directly from Novacolor in Milan; and has delivered courses internationally.
We understand the quality and capability Novacolor have, and we want to share our skills with you.
